Together with its neighbour, Magalluf, the resort of Palma Nova on the south west coast of Mallorca makes up the most popular holiday area on the island. For variety it is easy to take a stroll across to neighbouring Magalluf, which has even more tourist-oriented retail outlets. The large supermarket Caprabo stocks all the well-known international brands including baby foods and nappies.

Restaurants: The long promenade that stretches along the three beaches of Palma Nova is lined with dozens of good restaurants offering British, Spanish, Chinese, French, Italian and Mexican cuisine and there is also a McDonalds.
Nightlife: Palma Nova has many bars with DJs, karaoke bars and plenty of English pubs.

Activities: Palma Nova offers numerous activities to suit young and old, making it an ideal family resort. All manner of water sports and boat trips are available on the clean, safe beaches. The resort's most popular attraction is the mini-golf course 'Golf Fantasia', which is a great family day out.
