PLEASE NOTE: everything on our site is subject to availability and our terms and conditions.

ACCOMMODATION
1. As competitive accommodation rates have been negotiated and payment for your booking is made in advance by us, the following payment conditions apply:-

Full payment is taken at the time of booking for reservations less than 45 days prior to arrival.
20% deposit is taken at the time of booking for reservations more than 45 days prior to arrival.
Balance payment is due maximum 30 days prior to arrival.

Holiday insurance is not included.

2. Please check your accommodation booking details carefully before confirming your reservation. If you wish to change your booking with us an amendment fee of 15 € per booking will be made.

3. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your accommodation, please communicate this immediately to the hotel management. 4. Information regarding the facilities and situation of each hotel is taken from details provided by the hotel management. The Travel Buddy acts solely as agents between the guests and the hotel. In the event of the dispute between these parties, The Travel Buddy will make every effort to secure a satisfactory solution, but cannot accept responsibility in respect of either party.

5. The Travel Buddy S.L. cannot be held responsible should the accommodation contracted by the client be cancelled due to events beyond their control.

The Travel Buddy, will endeavour to relocate clients to accommodation of a similar category and requirements.

6. If you cancel your HOTEL / APARTMENT arrangements after booking, the following cancellation charges are applicable.

15 – 30 days 50%
7 – 14 days 75%
Less than 7 days 100%

All cancellations must be notified to The Travel Buddy in writing by E-mail or fax. We regret we cannot make any refunds if cancellation is not notified to us. Any changes to bookings carry a 15 € admin. charge per change.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking and clearly noted on the Booking Form.

Whilst we will endeavour to meet/pass onto Hoteliers any reasonable special requests wherever possible, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.

Any failure to meet special requests will not be a breach of contract on our part.

We regret we cannot accept any conditional bookings (i.e. any booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfilment of a special request)

FLIGHTS
By placing an order on our website you agree to allow us to buy the appropriate flights for you. For providing this service we charge a booking fee included in the total price of the flight. Your contract will be directly with the airline and you will be subject to their terms and conditions.

Please note most flights are usually 100% non-refundable from the moment that they are booked. Name or date changes will be subject to the particular airlines terms and conditions plus our admin fee of 15 Euros.

When booking with certain charter airlines and low cost carriers it is normal to find that they will make a charge to check in hold baggage. Where this charge is levied by the airline we will offer you the opportunity to add this optional extra to your booking.
 
Should you choose not to take any hold baggage on your trip then you will receive the standard baggage allowance, please note this will normally be between 5-10kg and must be no larger than the dimensions allowed by the airline in question for carry on luggage.
No tickets will be issued and you will simply need your confirmation number, which will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation, along with your passport, to board the flight. In this case we are acting as a ticket provider and your e ticket should be with you within 24 hours of placing an order
 
ONLINE BOOKINGS
By clicking to book and entering your personal details on our website, you are making us an offer to purchase the product on your behalf. At this point we immediately contact your required hotel/flight We will require a short period of time to check to see if your chosen flight / hotel is still available. We will then confirm to you via e-mail and payment can be made online.

Once we have received confirmation of your payment we will contact you via email and/or telephone to let you know that your order has been booked. The contract is formed when The Travel Buddy issues its confirmation invoice. lease note that once your booking has been confirmed to us, you can only cancel the booking in accordance with the relevant Travel Buddy terms and conditions which may impose cancellation charges. Equally you may also be subject to our cancellation charges to cover our administration costs. Unless you have reserved a transfer separately, no flight or hotel booking includes a transfer.

If larger groups want to be sure of sufficient availability for any flights / hotels they should call us direct.
 
LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The present agreement will be governed by Spanish law. In the case that questions or differences of opinion arise as regards its interpretation or purpose, only the courts of the Balearic Islands will act as competent authorities, herein renouncing any other courts that could correspond.
